Summoning while Gating bug

I was trying to kill Gullerback in BW. When he summoned me, I gated. It then proceeded to the load screen, then it ported me right back on top of him. I got out gating again, but then spawned right on top of him.

I figured a way to clear aggro if i run like hell just as I zone back in and managed to gate back to my spawn point if he doesn't aggro me again.
