log in trouble

out of no where i was playing the other day and died then my game was struggling to load. eventually 2 days ago to stopped logging in past the character selection and has not let me in since. now of course before posting I have tried for days to run the gambit of forum posts and google searches to try everything I can find to resolve my problem i even went so far as to reset the laptop and reload windows and try a fresh install of titanium and try anew. played with the compatibility, affinity, resolution, firewall, anti virus, WinEQ, all of what i can find. I still cant get in. I need my fix guys ! any fresh suggestions would be excellent this has been realy frustrating. to get all the way there click in and have it turn black and say Cannot connect to Server is so disappointing.
