Wireless Mouse Issue

I'm having issues with my wireless mouse during game play. It works fine while working from my PC or using any other programs but when logging into P99 the mouse is basically unusable. The arrow either lags or totally freezes to the point where turning or clicking anything doesn't work. I have to connect my wired mouse to play the game at this point. Anyone having any similar issues or know what might cause this?
