You have been disconnected

So, I am having trouble switching accounts / characters. I have no problems until i get to the character select screen, when i hit enter world i get a black screen and "You have been disconnected".

Seems to be happening this morning so far.

How long are you waiting before logging into a different account? The server won't let you log into a different account after logging out of the first one for about five minutes or so (to prevent boxing here).
