Dorn - Dragoon Dirk

Hi P99 team - a buddy and I camped Dorn last night (4/29)and killed him ~14 or so times. Each time he did not have a Dragoon Dirk. Could be our statistical, random bad luck, but seemed unusual given he has it ~33% of the time.
