Can't get the right click menu on UI windows

This only happens on one character, the others are fine. I right click any window and nothing happens. Locked/unlocked doesn't seem to matter.

Could be related to your UI if you are using a custom UI. Try right clicking once you’re in a position where your cursor turns into the dragabble cursor.

It's the standard UI.

If it is about context menu you can enable/disable context menu in options.
