/list lock out time issue

Hi GM / P1999 Green,
I have issue about /list Jboot lock out problem. I missed my Jboot loot on 1/31, the message told me I am locked out after mob corpse gone. Today, when I return to Jboot camp and start to /list again, a red message says I am still lock out. Can you please tell me what's going on?
