Havent played in years but get booted to login screen on new PC but but on old PC

Hi all,

It has been YEARS but I have got that itch again but running into some issues...

When I try to login to p1999 on my new PC it always boots me back to login screen but when I choose another server it seems to work fine, except for the insane FPS rate of the character select screen...

I also tried logging in on my old PC I used to play on and it worked fine

Could this be an IP exemption or is it my new PC?

I'm playing through WinEQ2 and everything seems fine...wish I could figure it out any help greatly appreciated!!
