Fix - Crashing While Zoning / Logout etc.

Hey guys,

I made a post where I am ranting about the crashing while zoning bug. I literally tried every fix in the book, around 10 or more, and none of them worked... at least for me... but right as I was going to give up on P99 I discovered a post about using a VPN

I am in no way sponsored by any VPN, and I do not recommend any particular one... If you want to know which one I use you can message me.

I have gone from disconnecting / crashing literally 90%+ of the time that I zone to going all day, zoning 100's of times without disconnecting once.

For whatever reason a VPN is what fixed it for me, when nothing else did. I would give it a try if you are having this extremely frustrating problem.

This issue started happening with me as well. Started two days ago and now it's spread pretty maliciously. I've fresh installed the game on a fresh pc to rule out any variables and the issue is still persisting. This sounds server side. Anyone find a fix?

run it in compatibility mode, works 100% for me.

I'm telling you, try a VPN, it worked miracles for me!

compatability helped a lot but i still crash quite frequently, there were 2 options and i wasnt sure which to pick. id try the other but having it reset my ui's and filters and colors etc etc really sucked...
