Default So what's going to happen to people on teal who were dead?

And didn't loot their corpse?

Also assume they will be SOL if listing on camps, too?

It mentions lists on post. Not sure about corpses.

Also what if I had 8 toons on teal and more on green as well?

the characters will be there, but you'll have to delete some to make them show.

I recall a user posting that on live it added an arrow that allowed you scroll down to the additional characters but not create more on that account. Was that true?

They might not even be there to rez. When they started doing transfers back in classic you would lose any corpses you left behind when you migrated over.
