Cannot log in past character selection screen (Green only)

Have been trying to log into Green since 11 PM last night (CT). Loaded 50e patch and created character but cannot log in Charater in. I get a message "The client has attempted to load a different UI Skin while Velious UI is in enforcement. The game will now exit. File: UIFiles\Default\EQUI.xml"

I reloaded patch, no good
deleted character, no good
looked for the named file, can't find it in patch

So I was able to log into Blue but got a message that I was using the wrong UI and needed to: /loadskin Default 1, which I did but did not appear to change anything and the same message appeared again.

I don't see but 1 other post similar to mine but there are very few people logged into Grren Beta ATM and was wondering if others are having this problem
