Screen automatically minimizes on startup

I've had an issue for the last 20/30 minutes where when launching the game it starts, but then automatically minimizes itself. Sometimes it makes it to agreement screen, but usually not. When I try to open the minimized game it attempts to run and then minimizes itself again.

I've played several times the last couple days and have not had an issue. All of a sudden it started doing this without changing any settings on my pc or the game.

Any suggestions?
