Are druids track supposed to be capped at 25?

I can't skill it up at all. Rangers have no problem getting skill ups

Druid track caps really low until they improve it in some future patch.

It still sucks, though. The radius of bard track is scarcely larger than sight radius. It still comes in handy if visibility is low or if there is a lot of crazy terrain or something.
