dsetup.dll not the correct titanium version

I am getting a notice when I try to login to green server that dsetup.dll is not the correct titanium version. I checked my files and it's there. I am using WinEQ2 for a more comfortable interface. I have allowed WinEQ2 through my firewall, have allowed one or more clients through my firewall, and even downloaded AVG to see if that would fix it
