New bind locations have been added to three zones in the world - One on Antonica and two others on Kunark. NPCs at these locations can fill you in on the details. Good hunting.

Good find! That was an iconic patch btw because of:

Just to be clear, I'm reporting this because it is presently a bind point on Green and people are binding there.

Kunark:
Frontier Mountains - Empty Ruins (Approx Loc: - 2200, 1300).
Kaesora Dungeon - Entrance (Confirmed). Possibly whole zone.
