Game Mechanics: Ranger Issues

Currently no disciplines are available for Rangers when /disc is done in-game. I don't recall if hybrid disciplines were added with Kunark or Velious or in between sometime. I've been searching with the waybacktimemachine, but haven't found anything solid.

Evidence: (Help find some!)

Storm Strength (53) and Chloroplast (55) are currently not able to be scribed as they show a lvl requirement of 255.

Jolt is not in game yet, but should be implemented in the near future. It was in game by at least June 29, 2000.

Would appreciate a response from one of the devs on these issues. Even a simple "screw you newb you deserve nothing you pathetic ranger." would suffice.
