First time startup issue

First time installing for P99. followed the instructions for setup and extracted current p99 files into the titanium directory. hit launch titanium and i am getting a error in the p99 window that says you cannot attach a debugger while playing project 99. any ideas? like i said first time and will be first time player so any tips or help is appreciated, thank you.
