I just killed this NPC and he did not drop the Dragon Scales.

2nd kill, no scales. Assuming it's not in the loot table as opposed to a % drop for some reason.

Bump, killed Lyfyx about 5 times. Wondering if a GM could hook me up with this scale, last one I need to complete the quest.
