Quid Rilstone

I've been camping Quid rilestone looking for the Siryn Hair Hood. I have killed all the phs over the last week in rathe with no success. I following the spawn guide in this thread and still havend seen him (https://www.project1999.com/forums/s...p?t=812&page=4). Does he still spawn?
