This is the place holder for Princess Joleena. The cycle time is exactly 12 game hours. The placeholder will despawn at 7am and 7pm and respawn at 9am and 9pm. Princess Jolena has a chance to appear both at day and night.

until then, she will be a 40/60 spawn with a fairy guard.

Hmm, perhaps change to a 100% chance and remove her from the spawngroup? Then set the placeholder to check the current time between 7-9 am or pm and do a rand to see if she should pop, say every twenty minutes else don't depop() the npc?
