My AC is bugged - please help

Whenever I play my bard I've noticed my AC is lowered for no apparent reason at random.

I don't have any buffs - not playing any songs - not switching armor around yet in one zone I'll have 1077 AC (my normal AC) and in another zone I'll have 977 AC (lose 100 AC)

It's completely random what my AC will be at any given time. Anyone know what can be causing the issue?

EDIT: To give an example I just got a port to WL and zoned in and had 977 AC. I ran to SS and zoned in and had 1077 AC. Zoned back out to WL and now have 1077 AC.
