Pillar of Lightning

Pillar of Lightning visual spell effect/patricles should be the red "strike" spell particles.

Currently they use the "fire" spell effect that Pillar of Fire/Flame use.

Although the name suggests it would, I do not see any evidence it should use the red particles. Running the old spell particle system still shows it using the fire/flame effect.
