Miscellaneous: Forage Error + Disconnect

While in Skyfire, I was using the following macro:

/pause 2, /doability 1
/autoinv
/doability 2
/doability 3

where 1 is forage, 2 is track, and 3 is sense heading.

After a few forages, I got the error "Forage Error: Cursor not empty." Cursor appeared empty and clicking on an empty bag slot didn't do anything. I tried picking up my ES Vambraces that were on my hotbar and I disconnected to the sign in screen. After signing back in, the invisible foraged item appeared on cursor and could be put down.

Error has happened twice so far. Temporary fix was removing the /autoinv from my macro.

Had the same issue today.
My macro looks like:
/doability 6
/pause 3
/autoinventory

I camped and logged back on. When game was loaded I had a foraged item on the cursor that I did NOT have when I camped.

I have been getting the exact same issue in the City of Mist today and for a couple of months.
