Default Zimel's Blades

I started up the newbie Paladin quest that leads to Zimel's Blades question in the Office of the People. However, Rashinda does not respond to anything. I've tried all sorts of ways to get her to talk to continue the quest but she does nothing. The quest can not be continued without this. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong but... I don't think so.

Fixed, pending update.

The Rashinda portion of the quest is NOT necessary to complete the Soulfire. It provides some text and lore in the beginning to point you in the right direction. No one else has even tried it out I guess lol.

The rest of the quest is as intended though? Heard about some people needing to ask to get get the beggar to pop.

Obviously day/night problems are not intended......

Day/night systems are near the top of my wishlist for new systems created.
