Help for IP Exemption: Am i doing this right?

I posted a forum on the 5th of January asking for a IP Exemption for my GF who lives with me, I listed everything that was asked in the post and tried to keep it as clean as possible to make it easier. However now that i am checking in a little over 2 weeks later i cannot see the post.

It says in the rules for exemption to not bump the post or you get moved to the back of the exemption list, however i cannot even see my post? Am i doing this right?
