No Night time

Hi all, just been playing a few days, but I have noticed that I am not getting a dark night (not batman, just dark nights). Attached is what Everfrost looks like at night for me, which seems a little bright, especially for an Erudite. I have turned Gamma down, but that didn't fix it. Help!
