Is my Staff of Forbidden Rites Scavange hunt find broken?
So I find the staff of forbidden rites during the scavange hunt. Problem is, the thing only has 1 resurrection charge. Was this intended by the devs? I'm not getting any offers because of this. When I link the staff in Auction, it has 10 charges, but right-click hold only shows 1 charge. Please help.

The method that placed the items on the drop tables may have specified a stacksize of (1), which on a charged item, causes it to only contain 1 charge. If you have one of these with one charge, petition in game for a replacement. You have three days starting from now, and yes we can check to see if you or someone else burned 9 charges on a correctly charged staff that did not come from the event. Don't risk a suspension by trying to game the system.

When i heard they were dropping with one chargei kinda figured it was on purpose.
