I quit drugs easily. Cigarettes were the hardest

after like day 3 the iniital cravings are done. you just need to assist future cravings in feeling bad. associate a grit craving with 20 pushups or 4.2 mins of running in place

quitting cigs was insanely hard for me, I felt like death the first week...I literally was freezing cold one minute and drenched in sweat hot as hell the next for that first week. You want to know what menopause feels like? Become addicted to nicotine for 6+ years then quit.

i've quit cigs twice now cold turkey. I picked up again after the first time because i consciously decided i wanted to smoke cigarettes because it makes me teeth feel badass.

i am unsure why nicotine does nothing to me, but i quit for the second time in July very easily.
