Damage Shield Duration
Since the spell file changes right before Kunark went live the duration for Damage shield duration was adjusted from 15 minutes to 5 minutes at all levels. I have not been able to find any documentation that shows the duration of damage shields less than 15 minutes (although Alla's does not have any spell info before 2002).
I can't find this mentioned in any patch notes from the time period, so I'm reporting this as a bug.
