Pathing Charasis pathing

I've been in Howling Stones for a few days and only just encountered this, but there appears to be an issue where some mobs (from basement?) are able to path vertically onto the entrance platform, run across, then fall off back into basement.

I was watching someone solo on the entrance platform when a mob seemed to appear from nowhere, and the player indicated that it may have popped up from basement. I've engaged mobs around the borders of the platforms with no issues, but this player was fighting more or less in the direct center of the platform.

Later on, a giant train appeared on the northeast corner of the entrance platform, ran across, and fell off the southwest corner. I initially thought nothing of this, but another player and I sitting on the stairs to the north wing then saw the train appear mob by mob in the center of the entrance platform, begin to path toward north, and aggro onto us.

I haven't seen this before and was able to gate out so I'm not sure how the situation ended up, but it certainly seems worth mentioning.

As a follow-up, from chatting with someone who died to the train and returned to the zone after, apparently the train was caused by a group in north who then attempted to use the portal to escape.
