Game Mechanics: /autoinventory is not classic

With the latest patch I see /autoinventory wasn't disabled. Nilbog had inquired about it here in this thread:

Perhaps he missed the follow-up response or it's coming next patch or wasn't yet worked on. Either way, figured it be best to file and official bug report for searches.

/autoinventory - new command Post #1

Apparently, the 8/26 patch introduced a new command: /autoinventory. When you use this command, it will drop whatever you have on your cursor into the inventory.

Not only can I confirm that this command does indeed work but it is the greatest invention since sliced bread. No longer will I be accidentally handing roots to the mob when I'm trying to target it. No longer do I need to autoequip some randome piece of cruft every time I turn left! I love it.

There is plenty of other commentary in that thread to remove any doubt about it not being classic.

I did come across a list of commands from mcoy's logs (his Qien file) that contain all the commands from the last Velious patch (yes they put in /bazaar and /trader in anticipation of Luclin to anyone wondering). I do not see it listed there and it is probably through this help feature that the command was discovered later on since it isn't listed via patch notes.
