Game Mechanics: Pets falling through the world and training in dungeons

Have this problem in Lguk where pet trains me with mobs from the lower floor. Its completely random and is quite uncommon but not rare.

Both my 49 fire and earth pets warp in ass/sup room, the hallway in sol a going from where Kindle spawns to the Fire goblin Captain, and on the spot where AC spawns in OOT. When it warps in OOT it will aggro the other roaming cyclops.

I generally notice it happening after a fight when it's guarding. Once the fight is over it will immediately warp.
