New Player having trouble logging in

I've followed the instruction on install. Created a forum account linked my EQEmu account and can't login to the game. It keeps telling me invalid password. I've reset my password and tried both account and eqemu usernames and email as user name with the password I had reset and still cant login. I've also filed an IPExemption as my brother and I split an apartment but I cant loggin to create a character.
