![]() So the UI sometimes display the pet as sitting while it attacks.
It seems to me the pet doesn't take increased damage to its incoming hits, but does gain a regen bonus. Am I mad or is this a thing? | ||

![]() I use /pet sit with charm pets to help even out hitpoints. My pet will take more damage from the other mob when sitting. I have never noticed any regen bonus.

![]() I find the trick is to simultaneously back pet off and sit.
But this does in fact work because I do it daily. It also helps to time the enemy mobs swing with the sitting to create a rythmn where your pet sits exactly when the mob swings , I think mobs just have more hp so the max dmg swing is less than you expect
