Keeper of Souls is dropping wrong loot

Keeper of Souls should drop Silvery Ring instead of Small Sapphire.

I have killed the Keeper of Souls many, many times. He frequently drops a small sapphire for the Djinni Finger Ring quest. The sapphire is supposed to (and does) drop from isle 3 trash. Keeper should be dropping the Silvery Ring, but it is not showing up. Could somebody please verify that it is in his loot table?
