Game Mechanics: Mage pet reclaim broken?

Is mage pet reclaim broken? I was working with a friend earlier today and everytime he'd try to reclaim pet, the mob would have to be dead prior to the reclaim functioning?

Did the agro fix for mage pets end up breaking reclaim?

Why would you reclaim a pet before the fight was over? Pet aggro is still not fixed, but they are working on it.

Correct, and it was working like a charm until the agro changes.

I'm assuming reclaim was working as intended prior to today's pet changes.

Confirmed that this was an issue. Would get message that pet disperses but the pet would continue to attack until mob is dead. Further right clicks of the focus item or clicking pet Go Away would result in 'You do not have a pet' messages.

That's an interesting one. I'll try to see if that's happening with chanter pets too later when I log in.

You can click Go Away just fine, the issue is with reclaiming to regain mana. Enchanter pets should be fine.
