Miscellaneous: Sirens Grotto Evac Point

The Sirens Grotto evac point was changed later on (at least months after launch, if even during Velious) to allow evacing through to WW. You used to have to run it, root camping off agro, etc. and it was a huge pita. We seem to have the post-launch evac point at present.
