Whats wrong with SoW?

I have a thread in bugs section, but i need more feedback then one reply that really didnt help. I have been to Kelethin's SoW vendor and Rivervales, and both of them appear to be bugged in some way. Both tell me when i go to memorize them that my class (druid) can never learn this spell, plus it says that the level needed is 255. I got to 14 today, so i was looking forward to getting it. Anyone have any ideas on what could be the problem?

There are Spell Vendors now? Wow I missed something since I been gone it seems. If this is true .... what happened to the term classic for P99?

umm there's always been spell vendors... you know, the people you talk to to buy the little pages you then put in your spell books?
