Lore Window?

I seem to remember when I first came to p99 that upon character creation, there would be the "Help and Advice" popup window, as well as a popup window that had a bunch of Norrath-based Lore and stuff.

Back then I never really got into reading it, but now I want to...

and I can't find it!

Please, help.
