Default Overkill should not count toward KS calc

I can't even think of a way to prove this, but I'm 99% certain that on live servers you could not KS a mob that had less than 50% HP remaining. On P99, I can KS a 50hp mob with 5hp remaining if I BS it for 500. Extreme example, but I have seen it happen a lot - especially if I assassinate a mob that's more than half dead already.

Present on Live EQ from what've heard!

A mob with 2% HP that you proc a Finishing Blow or Headshot or Assassination or Decapitate on, will result in you getting the EXP.

While I'd love to see this fixed, I'd bet dollars to doughnuts this won't go anywhere without more evidence than just you being "99% certain".

Maybe check wayback for old posts about KSing?

I'm bad at wayback machine, etc. I've messed around with it for other things and just didn't have any real success. This particular bug, if it is a bug, doesn't seem like it would lend itself well to being researched in the typical way of scouring old message boards. I know it's not very helpful, but I posted to see if anyone else remembers it the way I do.
