How do I get to Rogue guild in Freeport without dying?

I am a half elf rogue. I started in Qeynos area but I traveled to Freeport. I managed to figure out how to get into the secret tunnels but I keep getting killed... what gives? I tried two different entrances and got killed by an NPC at both locations. How can I get to my guild leader to train if I keep dying????

Nevermind... I finally found this map posted with the route highlighted (see link below). That helped a ton! Whew!

I was only lvl 5 and then through dying dropped to 4. I was trying to get "hide" but could not use it since I did not put a point into it yet. Sorry, totally forgot to mention my level in original post! lol

Go to EFP docks, swim to the right a bit past the NPC on the shore. There's an underwater tunnel that takes you straight to the guild.
