Default Where Do I find Plains of Power and Shadows of Luclin Explansion

I just recently started playing Project 99 and have heard news of the 2 expansions the Plains of Power and Shadows of Luclin coming to the game. I have been having trouble trying to find the expansions online for free. I did manage to find a download, but it wanted me to download a new program and a survey. Help would be much appreciated, thank you very much.

P99 is not adding any more expansions, you might be thinking of the new Agnarr server.
