mid/high range range slot for hybrids

Just curious, what do most of you SK/paladin run for a range slot? I am thinking of going with just the new upgraded peffin bow. Mainly because its cheap/free, has minor stats and isn't too terrible. Possibly find some NToV range slot that isn't bis like handof the master or nev eye etc, maybe silver box or thunderstone silver disk i dunno. and swap back and forth between bow shots, either that or just get a 30/36-40 DN rat bow purely for PVP and then other for resists/stats? no idea
