Totemic Helm is a good ol standby for the plate/horns look.
http://wiki.project1999.com/Rune_Etched_Helm if you want a more silvery look / see it rotting. http://wiki.project1999.com/Jaundiced_Bone_Helm for straight alt FQ. http://wiki.project1999.com/Spirit_Talker%27s_Headdress is a nice end game bear head cap. Velious custom helm wise, you're limited to KT crown or Cowl of Mortality. Ignore what Murk says, barbs for life.
