Feerrott 4 Lizard camp

4 lizardman camp located at +880, -850 has bats and grass snakes spawning as lizardman placeholders. Doesn't seem right most.

I did some research and made changes to the camp.

Added level 4 and 5 Mystics.
Mystics and Foragers will be more common than scouts.
Removed non-lizardman placeholders.

Fixed, pending update.
