Custom UI Castbar Issue

I have an issue with my UI. I'm using Vert 2016 with the large Vert 2010 hotbars, but the EQUI_CastSpellWnd.xml from DuxaUI to get the large spellgems with spell names always shown.

Everything seems perfect except for my castbar. As a Bard, the bar graphic will occasionally disappear mid-progress without missed note or stun. The name of the song continues displaying as it should, and it will cast if uninterrupted, but the bar is just gone. This is a a pretty big problem for me because I often mistake it for a missed note, and when I don't I have to instrument swap early to make sure I hit the cast time correctly.

I'm looking for help troubleshooting this, or even just ideas as to what part of which .xml file could be causing this. Pretty much just open to any suggestions at all on how to fix this. I have not been able to reliably reproduce it to figure out what could be causing it, but it can happen multiple times a fight sporadically.
