Screen freezing randomly today only

I haven't played in a couple days. I went to log in and my screen froze at the character select screen. I then logged in, cast a pet, went to the spellbook to change spells and the screen freezes again. I log out. Run WinEQ, redo compatibility mode, load up EQ again, same thing happens when I open my spellbook for a 2nd time.

This has never happened before. I use default UI, Windows 10, graphics card drivers are up to date.

I'm also not lagging any more than normal (150-160 which is usual for Hawaii) and my internet connection is very stable.
