FoB: militia skeleton - Resolved

undead pathing from -2189 1609 11 . Didn't aggro me wasn't hit by my aoe. Was able to kill it with a DD.

What is the bug with this? I aggroed one and it worked properly.

Is this working as intended?? They con scowling to my lowbie Iksar but won't attack unless provoked.

Bugs prolly will get fixed better when you clearly state:

Issue(or title even!): militia skeleton cons scowling doesn't aggro when close
Steps to reproduce:
1) find the militia skeleton(location xyz)
2) attempt to aggro without attacking

Expected outcome:
Mob should attack cause its scowling

Observed outcome:
Mob does not attack

Side notes:
Mob aggros when attacked

If nilbog can understand whats wrong there is a better chance to determing if its a bug or working as intended
