UI resets

So I have just returned to P99 after a two year hiatus. I patches the new files and everything seems to have been working until I logged back on after playing. My UI resets Every time I log back on I have to readjust my ui. Also when I zone my hotkeys reset as well and I have to make them again. Any help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Move your EQ directory out of Program Files.

If you're on Windows 10 then you have to run the compatability mode
