NPC Spawn Issue: Dusty Old Finger Bones not respawning

Hey, I have checked several times in Kedge Keep for Dusty Old Finger Bones (at the exact location on the rock given by the wiki page) but the bones are never up.
I know this is the correct location since I tried it on live with my character and found these.
Could you please fix that bug ?

I don't believe the loc on the wiki page is exactly correct. I found it on the ledge near the rock, not on top of the boulder itself.
